mercury poisoning from teeth

just had the last of my fillings replace with a non mercury filling. several of my friends and family have had theirs replaced too. One said the minute they had the last mercury filling out the headache they'd had for the last few years went away.
my hairdresser wanted to know what i'd done-there was such a difference in the quality of my hair.
i understand that more white fillings are being used and i think thats probably an excellent idea.
