Anyone dealing with cystic acne?

I, unfortunately, have cystic acne. I'm 23 and I've had it for a long time on my back and face. It's toned down in my face a LOT lately, I maybe get one or two cysts a month. This is because I've switched to healthier makeup and skincare brands. But at the same time my back still gets flare-ups pretty often.
Any advice? I am starting to take apple cider vinegar caplets.
