Any good Dentists?

I am new to Brandon, my fiance is military and I am seeking a really good...really patient dentist. I am HUGE dentist phobe and I need freezing just to have my teeth cleaned because my teeth are so sensitive. Anyone know of a good, understanding, FRIENDLY dentist?
