Emetophobia

Has anyone else ever heard of this phobia of vomiting, or does anyone have it? How do you deal with it, or has anyone had any success in getting rid of it.
I know a person that has this and it seems to be ruining this persons life basically. They are not able to do a lot of things, (ie. have children, because obviously kids throw up often). Just curious to see if I could find out more about it.
