Insulin needles. Where can I donate them?

I have 65 insulin syringes I would like to donate but do not know where to donate them. Does anyone know where they can be donated? They are new in their package 12.7 mm, 29 gauge, BD Ultra-fine needles. I just don't want to dispose of new needles if somebody can use them.
