Female Bodybuilding Discussion

How many females are competing in 2011 whether it be women's fitness, figure, bikini & bodybuilding?
I just find family/friends do not thoroughly understand the commitment it takes to pursue this as a lifestyle. I personally find it frustrating. I'm sure others might agree.
Maybe this discussion thread will be a start where we can discuss/post regarding diet & nutrition, workout programs, contest preparation, competitions etc. strictly related to female fitness, figure, bikini & bodybuilding.
This is an intended discussion about women, for women. Men are welcome to discuess. But at all times women & men must be respectful toward women's fitness, figure, bikini & bodybuilding. Please & Thank-You.
I know I'm personally looking forward to spectating the Arnold Amateur Classics in March 2011. I'm hoping that while spectating I will get a little extra "oompf" in my training for the 2011 Novice Competition.
