Looking for a gym...

I am looking for a gym and do NOT want to go to the YMCA for personal reasons. I am looking for an alternate option that offers cardio equipment, weights and equipment to work the upper body. It would be nice if there was somewhere else with a pool too, but I suspect there isn't. Any recommendations?
