oven cleaning

Do anyone know an eco friendly way to clean an oven. I really don't want the toxic fumes that most cleaners have as I have a baby in the house. Is there some sort of baking soda paste that will work? Now that it's freezing I obviously don't want to open windows. Thanks in advance.
