Hey guys! I am wondering what excercise machine to buy. My boyfriend and I live quite a ways out of town away from any fitness centre. He usually works early in the morning until dark (during the winter) and his job requires very little excercise as does mine. We are thinking of purchasing either an excercise bike, alyptical machine (not sure on the spelling!), or treadmill. I am not sure which one is the best. Whichever one we buy, it will be the only type of excercise we get over the winter. Any help would be appreciated!
