Looking for product person who sells vegetable wash...

I was at the product/craft sale held at the nurses's residence gym in late November with a friend of mine. There was a person with product there such as cinnamon tea, and a vegetable wash. The example they used was that broccoli turned from the blue green to a bright green colour. Would anyone know what this product is and/or who sells it. I will pass the word on.
