Got notified today I was accepted to a surgical program at Victoria Hospital in Winnipeg....wait time.....SEVERAL YEARS!

I have been on the shelf for 3 years now, I have 3 discs in my back that are causing the issue with the worst being a disc that has protruded the sac around my spine, which had been "leaking fluid" thus affecting my left leg. I have gone from numbness in my ankle to now no feeling on the outside of my entire left leg....all evidence as well as Drs. Feeling surgery is needed. The specialist says your not 70% broke yet so no surgery yet.
I feel for you as this affects you and so many others as well as your quality of life can suck at times.
Wish you luck and a speedy recovery once you do receive surgery.
