Thinking of my last post, maybe I should explain better

What I am talking about is the fact that reflexology is not science based. I'm not trying to be a jerk here. There are no valid science based studies that were done properly that will support the theories behind Reflexology. When someone says it works, as in a testimonial, there is no way you can attribute the benefits as true benefits of reflexology because there are too many other factors that could have contributed to the improvement you saw such as a coincidence, the problem resolved itself anyways, placebo etc. A properly conducted research study looks at the treatment alone with no other factors. If the treatment works to fix the problem then it should work to fix the problem for everyone. There is no "works for some but not all". That is a bogus argument.
Some people say so what! Let people make their own choices. While I agree with the right to make your own choice, that choice should be an informed choice. Don't trust testimonials, don't trust a medical practice that says it has the science behind it just because they can produce two or three or even 20 research articles that says it works. THey could have cherry picked out the good articles and ignored the negative ones.
We live in an immensely complicated world and the internet and media are a source of tonnes of information. However that information can be the worst source to rely on. It is getting harder and harder to find good sources. That is why I posted those three sites. THey have nothing to gain by telling you the truth. The people who run these sites want people to be able to make truly informed decisions. Another site I didn't post above is the Science Based Medicine found at
https://www.sciencebasedmedicine.org/
I'll leave it at that. You will make your own decision anyways. I just don't want to see people get hurt because they have a medical condition that good valid treatment got delayed because they thought 'natural' is better. Only to find out their condition got worse.
