Any Sports Medicine doctors in Brandon?

Looking for a specialist that deals with bursitis, IT band problems, piri formis etc.

Get a referral to dr pacin. He is from Winnipeg but in Brandon 1-2 days a month at Brandon clinic. He's wonderful

With that list of issues, sounds like your probably a fellow runner, personally i have had better luck with a good physiotherapist for muscle and tendon issues.

For more serious stuff such as stress fractures and joint pain then i go to the pan am in Winnipeg

it band tightness try a ball in the hip area you can check website athlean x he is physio and PT he has a lot of description on fixing problem one may have. I find very good

Is it, and as someone mentioned, he is only here once or twice a month. Otherwise you have to go in to Winnipeg.

Go see the gang at Dynamic (our most recommended are Drayson or Joe) - we have seen them with a lot of sports injuries and work related issues and they have great people who know their stuff. I believe they have credentials of some sort to specilize in sports injuries.

If you have IT band troubles, try strengthening your gluteus medius. This is coming from someone with IT band issues.

i agree with Kuranda. Sometimes IT bands cause is higher not just along the side leg
