a doctor could also have some good insight, or if you have health benefits or don't mind paying for a psychiatrist or psychologist.
I suggest these because public mental health is only open from Monday -Friday 8-4 (or something similar) which has posed a problem for my family being able to talk to someone. You can walk in and speak to a case worker with no appointment but if you need a doctor there it gets complicated because you need a referral and you can't see a doctor without a case worker.
So if anyone has any other suggestions I would also like to hear them
