Canadian Charity App

Wondering if anyone knows of any apps that are Canadian charity based. There are a number of free apps that if you're walking/running/biking type activities that you can log and it donates to whatever charity - but the couple I've downloaded already are US based and I'd much prefer to donate to Canadian charities. Any help is appreciated!
