Will any of the optometrist offices in Brandon measure pupil distance if you aren't buying glasses from them? I would really like to order glasses from Zenni just to have a few affordable pairs but would like my pupil distance properly measured.

A ruler. Measure multiple times to be sure. Not difficult. We have ordered Zenni glasses for more than five years with no problem. I suspect eye glass places will be very against measuring your eyes for you

As far as I know that measurement should come with the pres:cription but at most places you have to ask for it separately.  
They know that people can get better deals online or across the border....

I ordered a pair online last month. I held a ruler up to my eyes in front of the mirror & took a picture. Then I just counted the millimetres. Worked perfectly!!!

I took a photo of myself with a ruler under my eyes with my phone and then looked at the photo and got the measurement. I ordered from Zenni too.

Personally I wouldn't recommend using a ruler unless you are measuring for reading glasses.  
your pupil distance will change based on the distance you are focusing on. when you are focusing on something close, they will be closer together than if you are focusing on something far away.  
What i would suggest is taking an old pair of glasses that is junk, put it on and focus on a item about 20ft away. put a marker up in front of the glasses and make a mark on each lense right on the item you are focusing on. ensure when you are focusing on that item both dots merge into one. take glasses off and measure distance.  
 
this process worked for me. however i don't really know if the small difference in measurement from 2ft away vs 20+ft is going to be noticeable or even make a difference. I just feel in case it does, I felt I wanted to be more accurate.

Double check, but I believe a Senior is entitled to one free eye examine a year and a partial rebate for new glasses once every three years.

Walmart measures pd for about $20. I don't remember the exact price.
