    Other then a gym, studio, the Y etc. are there any yoga groups/classes in any churches or other environments without having to have a membership?

    Brandon City Yoga doesn't require a membership-you can pay for a multi-week session or a drop-in fee. And I think The Women's Resource Centre and Global Market have classes (free or inexpensive).

    Shawna at Brandon city yoga is awesome! She teaches at the west end community centre. I've taken her baby and me yoga classes and regular yoga classes and have loved them both! Check her out on Facebook or Brandon city yoga website.

    Not classes but my favourite yoga youtube channel is Yoga with Adriene. I started with 30 Days of Yoga then did the Yoga Camp (also 30 days) and there are many other yoga practices ranging anywhere from 10-60 minutes. She's great. And it's free!
