Some symptoms
11/3/2016 at 7:29 PM
You can have an irregular heartbeat, be lightheaded, and shortness of breath if it is affecting your heart and lungs, you can also have easy bruising. It can also affect you nervous system by causing tingling nerves, there are other symptoms but a blood test will determine if you are low.
Seems as we age we may have problems with our GI tract that even if you eat things that are high in B12 you are not able to absorb the B12. I know for myself that just about all the foods that are high in B12 are the foods that I crave and do eat, but apparently there are many things that will cause you to be deficient.
Thanks for the replies.
