Can someone tell me what they do with children and the cost and where to find one in Brandon

has an osteopath (maybe a few). I really have no idea what they do, or if they'd see children. My friend went & it was about $100/session, no insurance coverage for osteopaths and took MONTHS to get in.

I have never had an issue having my osteopath sessions covered by insurance, perhaps it is just their level of coverage?  
 
This is a very rudimentary des:cription, however they essentially help stretch your muscle tissues which relieves pain and discomfort and target many pressure points throughout the body to provide pain relief.  
 
I have had extremely good results from sessions i have had.  
 
It can be a tad painful, however whomever you go to will likely scale back the treatment depending on your tolerances etc.

Just jumping on this thread to clear up any confusion.  
 
In Brandon, there are currently NO OSTEOPATHS working in the city. The closest Osteopaths are in Winnipeg.  
 
At reactive massage therapy, I am a Registered Massage Therapist that has completed my 5 years of schooling in osteopathy through the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Until my research paper has been completed and presented before an international jury, I will not have the designation as Osteopath.  
 
Upon completion, I will be granted a Diploma in Osteopathy (Manual Practice). This differs from the American Osteopaths who are in fact physicians.  
 
As a massage therapist, I make use of various manual therapy techniques such as fascia release, visceral manipulation, joint manipulation and cranial sacral. But, stating that I am an Osteopath and billing as one can get everyone into a bit of trouble.  
 
On a more positive note, I the research paper is coming to a conclusion, but I am still looking for some 18-28 year old males who would be interested in receiving a couple complimentary treatments if they don't mind being a part of the study.
