Chemotherapy Wigs

Just wondering if there is anywhere that sells or loans wigs or head wraps used during chemotherapy treatment. I have checked at the second hand stores they don't have anything in right now. New wigs are just so incredibly expensive.

Thank you in advance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I believe cancer care in winnipeg loans out wigs that can be used while going through chemo and then you return them after and they are cleaned for the next person to use.

I know back a few years ago the hair school that use to be downtown on 10th street had wigs for cancer patients to borrow...I'm not sure if that school relocated in Brandon ..But worth a try contacting the hair schools in Bdn to see if they can help you or maybe no someone who can.Good luck!!

cancer care here in Brandon has some wigs and also other head coverings.
