I know this has been asked before, but I never felt interested in getting a massage. I now have decided it might be a good thing for me. I would just like a short, light massage. Any recommendations?  
 
My benefit''s say it must be provided by a provincially licensed orthotherapist/massage therapist to be eligible for coverage.  
 
Also id you are recommending someone and know that approx. cost, that would be helpful too.

Rejuvenate is where I go for back massages. I have manulife for insurance so the only two that deal with that there is Angel and Kat which both have done a awesome job. It's $75 a hour so depending on how much you insurance covers. A hour is a perfect amount of time I think, it doesn't feel like it's that long but very relaxing.  
 
If you ever go to Winnipeg I also highly recommend the river stone spa at the forks. Although it's pricey from what I remember.
