    Are there any gyms in Souris? I tried googling but the number that came up was out of order. Can anyone tell me what it is called? Thanks!

    They have an Outperforme Athletics I believe right down from the bakery, close to the stop sign. Look em up on Facebook.

    We have lots of new equipment. The rates are $45 per month. $115 for three months. $360 for the year. No sign up fee.

    is it a woman's gym or co-ed? are there couples or family rates? what are the hours

    It is a co-ed gym. The only special rate that we have is if 3 new family members join for one year it is 10% off of the total. Which equals about $100 off.

    Working on a Facebook page Lagasse's Fitness Center. Check it out. Not much posted yet as we just started it. We are having a free one time drop in. Starting today and for the month of September. Come see Kathleen at the south end of the building, in the art gallery or call or text us.
