Building a deck...

Does anyone know the average cost of building a deck?
I am looking for a relatively simple deck. It will have to have railings and a stairs(our current stairs off the backdoor are pulling on the foundation). Probably about 14 x 20. I have a small budget.
Is there anyone you would recommend?
