Apartment Wanted Ads on Ebrandon?

I'm just curious to those who have posted wanted ads on Ebrandon for apartments. Has there been a lot of response to the ads by landlords and are the ads successful? I just want a new place to live but I am very specific as to what kind of place it is. Please share your experiences! Thanks!
