Lived there for the better part of 2 yrs, and i will never go back there. Better off in a cardboard box on the corner of 18th and vic. Probably quieter
ter too. The noise from neighbouring apts, stuff missing from your yard, kids having no respect for anyone or anything. Worst place ever to live. I would go to the west end of winnipeg before going there again.
