Mobile home parks

I'm tired of renting but cannot afford to buy a house in Brandon. I can afford a mobile home and was just wondering what some of the mobile home parks are like in town. Any comments on noise? How are the park managers? Any place I should be staying clear of? Saw a couple nice places in Whiteswan. How do mobile homes hold their value? Thanks for any info, good or bad.
