I haven't been getting many wild finch this year. I feed nijer seed which they love. The neighbor isn't either. Are you getting goldfinch and are you getting alot of them, in Brandon? I would like to know. Also i:nclude where in Brandon if you don't mind.

We have a few. Beautiful little birds. We live outside the city

We had tons of them in the spring, but then the merlins moved in and they moved on. The merlins left a few weeks ago, and some birds have come back, but not the finches. I'm in Riverheights.  
 
Right now we're seeing ubiqutous robins, chickedees & nuthatches, the odd sparrow and lots of flickers and always the red eyed vireo. The resident bluejay has shown up a few times too, as have mourning doves. The transient birds like juncos won't show up for a couple of weeks yet.
