As I walk my dog every day in the west end, primarily along the path along 26th. St south of Richmond, I am disgusted by the amount of dog crap that is not picked up by LAZY OWNERS. Along a 3 block area, there are 2 disposal receptacles with "poop bags" attached for anyone to use. As well, there is a 3rd disposal receptacle in that 3 blocks. Still everyday there are piles of crap left in the snow. Disgusting behavior!!!!

I totally agree with you about this..walked down street downtown and pile on sidewalk..Nasty..go one more and go check out Princess Park in summer..persons feel like they dont have to walk over to bins..can just take back of hand and shove everyone's left over garbage onto ground or just throw it in wind..free meals on winds and if I was handing out the meals I would at the least remind people's to PUT YOUR GARBAGE IN THE BIN..!!! OR IF I SEE U NOT DOING IT I WILL NOT SERVE U AGAIN...Some people just do not have any Class..guess that's just the way they wew brought up

A couple years ago a woman brought her dog in her car and let her dog take a dump by the gate to the kids playground. She turned and started walking back to her car and I said” excuse me kids play here pick up your dogs crap” she ignored me jumped in her car and gave me the finger as she drove by. Pathetic people in this world.

I live in Brookwood and it's not much better. People leaving dog nuggets in the summer on my lawn and just last week on my driveway. I think only responsible adults 18+ years  
should be walking their pets. Not a 7 year old who thinks this is funny, or decides not to pick up because its too cold outside. Camers are a good investment, this way any droppings could be returned to the owner in their house mailbox.
