We have a large breed dog and may have to put her in a kennel occasionally. Wondering on your feelings of places that you felt were superior, etc. Looking for current info: not from years ago please.

We were in the same boat and we've recently used the Paw resort twice for boarding our 3 dogs, 2 of which are large breed. They've been good as far as it goes, dogs have been happy and well taken care of. Sacred acres also has good reviews and friends of ours have used Golden acres and they seemed to enjoy it as well. I have heard some less than positive things about one of the other places just west of the city, won't name names, but if you do a Google search it will become apparent.

I second the Paw. We have tried a few kennels, and they are the best of the bunch. My dog was very stressed coming home from other ones, but that one he seemed reasonably happy and relaxed.
