With “some” of you dog owners. What a beautiful day for a walk. Well as you might appreciate it was quite a lovely experience looking at this, talking about that, when all of a sudden out of the blue came a sudden attack of barking, loud, irritating prolonged barking. I would add here that if I or my friend had a heart condition, one of us may very well have spent our last enjoyable moments that day. There were two dogs in the yard enclosed with a fence (only one of which was barking) and bark he did, all along the fence and beyond!!!!!!! Oh, and I mustn’t forget to add , during this outbreak this animal insisted on leaping up onto the top of the fence, neither one of us knew if it would succeed in scaling it and…. if such of a feat was accomplished what would be our fate? The fence ran along the sidewalk of which we were on and as it was the short side of the block we endured this harassment till we reached the intersecting street. The one dog was barking, leaping and charging the whole way. Again I must add this has not been the first experience of this sort and unfortunately not the last. Not just this dog but with innumerable others in this city. What is wrong with you people!!!!!! I don’t blame the dog one whit it is the lazy, uncaring, ignorant owner at fault here. So many people refer to their animals as their children well bring them up right then, love them, shelter and feed them but also TEACH them
