Why the heck cant dog owners be responsible to clean up after their pets? Keep a few safeway bags in your pocket when you walk to clean up the mess, its bad enough that dog owners allow their pets to come 5 feet on my property to urinate on the vehicles tires, but the first day of warm weather and theres 5 fresh ones since 1pm. To all the people who live behind home depot WAKE UP cause animal control going to get a few phone calls this year so EVERONE can enjoy public sidewalks and hopefull green (not yellowed) lawns
