Has anyone seen this show? Or know about it? It is on animal planet. It is about a group of very passionate ( and you think I am passionate! ha!) activists that go out and chase down and 'attack' the Japanese whaling boats that are breaking international laws by hunting whales.  
 
They will take about 900 minke Whales and dozens of fin whales.  
 
They say it is for research, obviously it is not, there is no way you would take those kind of numbers, and the meat has been tracked, even blue whale meat has been found being sold undercover in Japan.  
 
What are your feelings on this show? It would be awesome if we could talk about our opinions on this topic, disagree and share your own, but lets not attack other opinions if possible.  
 
These are not cute fuzzy animals, and I believe they should be protected. There are laws and when no one enforces them are these people doing the right thing by then taking action themselves?  
 
Honestly I don't know where I stand. I hate the whalers for taking those numbers like that and the way they do it is appalling. But those Sea Sheperds put their lives at risk.
