someone owns a black cat, it has a white tip on the end of its tail, this cat has been seen multiple times outside on the 400 block of 8th, and on victoria. This a.m. The cat was chased by a dog and got stuck up a tree. I stopped and helped to get it down, the man that was concerned about the cat took it with him and called the a.c.o. So... This cat is now on the way to the pound, please if this is your cat, or you know who it belongs to, please have it picked up and taken home. It seemed to be a young cat and it would be so sad if it is put down.  
 
Can i just add a gentle reminder to keep cats inside? It is getting cold now, and we all know all the dangers a cat faces loose in the city. A cat may seem to enjoy it outside, as their guardians we must protect them, and make decisions that they may not enjoy, but is for their own good. Thanks.
