A friend and I were walking at the River Bank tonight...and came upon something curious...it appeared to be buns broken up with a dog food like mixture on top. Now mind you, it was dark so it could have been...well anything. But it wasn't in just one spot, actually a couple of spots along the pathway.  
It was weird to say in the least...does anyone know what this could be?  
It would probably be a good idea to keep a close eye on your furry friend while walking!
