Pet memorials

We are bringing home our best friend to bury him in our back yard. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place locally or in Manitoba that does pet memorial markers or plaques. I really like the poem with "if tears could build a stairway to heaven....." Please help us out if you know of a place we could get something like this. Thank you.
