Dog is bored and wants to learn new tricks.

Just wondering if anyone has ideas on some really neat and easy tricks I can teach my dog. He's very smart and eager to learn but I've ran out of ideas and he's getting bored with what we've learned so far.
We know sit, stay, down, come, shake paw, other paw, high five, speak, jump, catch, drop, leave it, and just recently how to stand on back feet. I'd love to teach him to play dead and/or roll over but he doesn't seem to catch on or maybe I'm not doing it right?
