Help! Cat Issues...

Recently our cat has taken a liking to peeing on my husbands work clothes - whether sweaty and dirty, or fresh out of the dryer. She doesn't pee on anything else and uses her litter box (although she won't cover up her poo).
Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Any success on fixing it? Suggestions???
