Anyone know of any vets that take payment plans?

My mom's dog has been losing a lot of hair lately, and we're worried about her. Unfortunately, we can't afford to pay up front to have a vet check her out. Is there any vets that take payment plans? I would like to get her looked at sooner rather than later, just to make sure it is nothing serious. Thank you for your time and help.
