Dog poop, Just scoop!

DO people not realize that it is ILLEGAL not to pick up your dog's feces? And hey, I think it is even a common courtesy to pick it up when it goes on someones FRONT LAWN!!!
What is the problem? I mean they even sell fancy scoopers now for those of us who are too lady like and girly to pick it up!
KEEP IN MIND- some of us have cameras and take photos, know where you live! If we have the photo of you and your pooch pooping and not scooping, then walking away. You get a FINE! Wouldn't that suck, rather than just scoop?
