Puppy Mill in the Classifieds

I have noticed in the last month or so, someone with the same name and phone number having ads for many different breeds of puppies in the classifieds.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this as well? And/or if you can "report" them to someone if you suspect a puppy mill.
