Michael Vick has said he'd like to own a dog again. The football star and convicted "dog fighting ring organizer" now spends much of his free time working with the Humane Society and talking to students about the ills of dog-fighting. Right now there's a court-ordered rule preventing him from owning a dog.  
 
Vick says, "I think it would be a big step for me in the rehabilitation process. I think just to have a pet in my household and to show people that I genuinely care, and my love, and my passion for animals."  
 
Do you think he should be allowed to own a dog again?
