She is an RCMP officer in Shamattawa, Man and was born and raised in Neepawa. This article is about the deplorable conditions
that dogs in this area live in and put up with. They are starving and freezing. She cites one case where the police were cooking hot dogs for the children and the dogs, smelling the meat cooking, came running and one dog was run down by a truck and killed and no one there were the least bit upset.
