$50.00 fine for animal neglect

for severe animal neglect. Can you believe that this is the punishment for the 30 year old woman with the abused Shih Tzu that was found last month on 19th st. The BPS animal control officer was quoted as saying "it's the worst case of animal neglect he's seen after 4 years on the job". This is absolutely outrageous. Did you know it's a $100.00 fine for not picking up doggie poo and then this woman gets a $50.00 fine for abusing and neglecting this animal so badly it had to be put down. Unbelievable!!!!
