New Fenced in Doggie Park

I just noticed at the original Dog Park that the skating paths and lights are overlapping the old dog park. So are we not going to be able to use that area once they put the ice in?
City of Brandon has fenced off a field on Victoria Ave East and there are benches as well of trash cans and pooper bags... could this be another dog park for Brandon. Completely fenced off and 2 gates depending where you enter... I already have been enjoying it lots of room to run but completely safe. If someone know for sure what is going on let us dog people know
