Kitten: when should I be concerned?

I just picked up a kitten from someone from outside of town. The kitten is approx 8 weeks old and was still nursing. I have had her for 4 hrs already and she hasn't eaten drank or used the bathroom. I find this very unusual. Any suggestions to help ?

I would not be concerned yet. Our kitten didn't eat or use the litter box till the day after we got her. We were also trying to feed her soft food, but she didn't eat until we gave her hard food.

That's good, I have a mix of wet and dry food because her teeth seem small.

I ended up feeding her cooked pork and she munched it down. I have a feeling she may have only eaten scraps and mothers milk.

to her new surroundings!! For the litter box here is what I did, put my kitten is the box and used my hand to scratch, then she would lay down, lol, but she finally got the hint and had a pee and a poop! She hasn't missed the box since!
