So, let me say right up front that I am fully aware of all costs and responsibilities of dog ownership. I also am fully aware of all of the 'holier-than-thou-keyboard warriors" that are going to respond. Go for it if it strokes your inner sanctimonious self. I am looking for help, not opinions. We have a puppy that we bought after a LOT OF RESEARCH AND CONSIDERATON. Is that clear? What we did not consider was a job change and two deaths in the family. Sorry, but clairivoyance was not part of our genetic makeup. It's sad that I have to defend my situation before asking for help, but that's the nature of this forum. Is there anyone we can hire to take our pup for basic training? Just too much for us right now to handle but love our little boy to give him up. Willing to pay for qualified trainer to take him for what he (and we) need. PM ONLY

Sorry. I can't pm from my phone. But try contacting all the training places. I know you can get private lessons so I'm sure if your willing to pay they may be able to do the training (and then send you home with home work). Just a warning though that the pup might not listen as well to you as it does the person who trained it, your still going to have to work hard to keep the bond. I trained my pup by myself, and he doesn't listen nearly as well to my boyfriend. It isn't so much the words you use but the tone and body language, and if they don't match the trainer then it's going to be tough. I'm not trying to be negative, but just a downside of what your wanting to do. You could try posting something in the classifieds? Someone may want to work with your pup on the side, it wouldn't be ideal but at least he'd be getting some training (: (you'd have to be really careful with who you pick and there methods but...)

I don't know if any on the places in Brandon have someone who can take a dog for training, I think you have to go with the dog. But I definately second Two Brown Dogs! Renee is very well qualified, and is excellent at what she does.

Good for you for looking for resources to get your puppy trained. Can't imagine anyone running you down for that.  
 
I agree with Two Brown Dogs. Also check with The Paw Resort And Wellness. They may have someone who can help you.
