What cleaner gets rid of cat urine

Hello i know this was a topic before but i dont recall seeing a specific cleaner for cat urine. I am fostering a cat who had an accident, and i tried my usual vinigar but its just not helping. It is a very strong smell and making my whole house smell from the bedroom the poor guy is in. Im just looking for something i can wash my floor with to nake the smell go away.
