i have to take my cat to vet tomorrow. The procedure is gonna be $130 at grand valley. Im jus curious if anyone knows if they give final prices that i:nclude tax or shud i expect tax on top of the $130. I have never taken my animal to vet in brandon before so jus curious. May be a silly question lol

from my experience there is the minimum cost for procedures: my pets procedure(s) increased in cost based on the increased weight per kilogram. Pre-labs prior to my pets surgery was an option and was extra money: some IV fluids were i:ncluded as well as pain medication/anti-inflammatory medications. I required more pain medication/anti-inflammatory medications and paid for those out of pocket.  
 
It is best to call your vet and inquire about your pets specific procedure and any potential costs that could arise. If you have Pet Insurance inquire to see if any of your pets procedure is covered up front or if you have to submit receipts for reimbursement.

130 dollars is what I paid when I got my cat neutered and his shots done and that was with tax

When I took our cats (Mind you I don't bring them to brandon) they give you a base cost, and then when you're picking them up if you choose to get pain meds for the animal it might cost you more. I always give my vet permission to do extra if anything bad should happen.

Not sure what getting your car neutered would entail but probably not something you'd want to do!
