I would like to know where you might buy a fish in Brandon. I am not wanting to drive all over as my time will be limited when I come in. I would prefer buying from a place with habitually clean tanks.

Pet store on PARK just east of Rona  
Pet store at Husky on 18th at the bottom of the hill

Pet Lovers Warehouse and Best West Pet Supplies.

I would suggest go there, they have both fresh and salt water fish. But I do notice that they have generally cleaner tanks.

Back when I used to buy fish, it was always believed that the Pet Lover's Warehouse was the place to buy your fish. For their cleaner appearing tanks. Not always the case.  
 
I tried it out. But I ended up going back to Best West Pet's next to the Husky down by the river on 18th because I never once had any issue with any sickness coming from their tanks. They also tended to have a nice variety, and more eager to help me when I would go into their store. Plus, the staff there were more knowledgeable with any advice regarding any questions I would have.  
 
That being said, Lindenberg Seeds used to carry fish once upon a day. I haven't been back there since I gave away all my tanks and fish supplies years ago.  
 
Also, if anyone wants to donate a tank. I'd gladly accept! haha!
