best lowest cost fundraiser site?

Just wondering if anyone happens to know of a fundraiser site that takes the least amount of fees? I need to set up a page for a rescue kitten (not under a rescue however) who cries before using the litter box. I am planning/looking for finding perminant homes for him and his brother but in the meantime he needs to see a vet.
Hoping someone with some experience in the fundraising sites could help me answer this?
